Metalsin’s Non-Negative-Pressure Water Supply System connects directly to the municipal water network through a stabilized flow tank equipped with a vacuum suppressor, ensuring water intake without creating negative pressure in the pipeline. Powered by ABB variable-frequency drives, Siemens PLCs, and Schneider electrical components, the system automatically regulates the speed of single or multiple pumps, controls pump start/stop sequences, and coordinates rotation among pump groups. This enables constant-pressure variable-flow supply while maximizing the use of existing municipal pressure. The system operates with high energy efficiency, prevents secondary contamination, eliminates the need for storage tanks, and reduces both footprint and maintenance costs. With a high level of automation and optional remote monitoring and operation, it supports fully unattended management.

The Tank-Integrated No-Negative-Pressure Water Supply System is an enhanced configuration that combines the benefits of non-negative-pressure boosting with variable-frequency constant-pressure supply. By utilizing both municipal pipeline pressure and a sealed regulating water tank, it ensures stable water delivery even during peak-demand periods when inlet pressure is insufficient. During high-consumption hours, water stored in the pressurized tank supplements the municipal supply, guaranteeing adequate system pressure without generating negative pressure in the public network. Compared with conventional variable-frequency or standard no-negative-pressure systems, this hybrid solution offers superior environmental performance, higher energy efficiency, lower noise, and improved reliability—providing an ideal model for applications requiring both energy savings and robust peak-hour compensation.

The non-negative-pressure water supply system offers a range of advantages, including constant and stable water pressure achieved through automatic pump regulation based on real-time demand, ensuring reliable delivery even under fluctuating usage conditions. Its closed, no-air-contact supply method prevents secondary contamination and keeps water clean and hygienic throughout the process. By utilizing the existing municipal pipeline pressure and boosting only when needed, the system significantly reduces pump workload, lowers energy consumption, and improves operational efficiency. In addition, the absence of large storage tanks minimizes installation space requirements and eliminates routine tank cleaning, resulting in a compact, low-maintenance solution ideal for modern urban environments.
