Product Overview

Metalsin stainless steel water tanks are designed in accordance with Drawing No. 06HM01. They are manufactured from high-grade, food-grade stainless steel plates (SUS 304/304L or SUS 316/316L), offering excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life, while effectively preventing secondary contamination of stored water.

Robust & Optimized Structure

The tank body is assembled from high-strength, precision-stamped panels, reinforced with evenly distributed internal stainless steel tie rods. This unique structure ensures uniform load distribution, high overall rigidity, and reliable pressure resistance.

Fast & Flexible Installation

Standard embossed modular panels (convex pressed plates in 1000×1000 mm, 1000×500 mm, and 500×500 mm sizes) can be freely combined to form tanks ranging from 1 m³ to 5,000 m³. All panels are assembled and welded on site, which:

• Makes transportation easier (no oversized components)
• Eliminates the need for large lifting equipment
• Allows flexible installation even in confined spaces or on rooftops

Lightweight & Attractive Appearance

Thanks to high-quality stamping technology, the compressive strength of each panel is increased by up to six times. This allows the tank wall thickness to be reduced while still meeting structural and pressure requirements, which:

• Reduces the dead load on the building
• Lowers overall material consumption
• Results in a clean, modern, and visually appealing appearance
