Metalsin’s large-diameter resilient seated NRS gate valves are designed and manufactured in full compliance with EN 558 Series 14 (equivalent to DIN 3352 F4) — the European standard defining the face-to-face dimensions and construction characteristics of resilient-seated gate valves for waterworks and pipeline systems. Series 14 (F4 type) specifies a short-pattern design, ensuring compact installation where space is limited while maintaining full bore flow and reliable sealing performance.

The valves feature flanged ends in accordance with EN 1092-2, PN10 and PN16, providing dimensional compatibility and easy integration into standard pipeline networks worldwide. Constructed with a ductile iron body, fully vulcanized EPDM wedge, and fusion-bonded epoxy coating, the valve delivers excellent corrosion resistance, low operating torque, and long service life.
