Metalsin‘s NRS (non-rising stem) resilient-seated gate valves are designed for potable water and wastewater treatment applications, offering reliable shut-off performance and long service life. Manufactured in accordance with EN 558 Series 3 (equivalent to BS 2080 and ISO 5752), these valves feature standardized face-to-face dimensions for easy installation and interchangeability. They are flanged to EN 1092-2 with PN10/16 pressure ratings, ensuring compatibility with common pipeline systems used in water distribution & wastewater treatment networks.

Design Features

• Fully vulcanized wedge and wedge nut with WRAS-approved EPDM rubber, ensuring outstanding durability and elastic recovery.
• Double-bonded vulcanization process and robust wedge design provide superior resilience and long-term sealing performance.
• Full-bore design for minimal flow resistance and reduced pressure loss.
• Stainless steel stem with rolled threads and integrated wedge stop for high strength and precise operation.
• Ductile iron body offering excellent mechanical strength and impact resistance.
• Fusion-bonded epoxy coating (interior and exterior) in accordance with AWWA C550 and DIN 3476, providing long-lasting corrosion protection.
